National Electronic Authentication Centre

The National Electronic Authentication Centre is public non-business unit subordinating the Ministry of Information and Communication, with the function of managing and exploiting infrastructure for the provision of digital signature and electronic authentication services, trusted timestamping services and other e-transactions services in accordance with the laws; providing national electronic authentication service (Root Certification Authority). The National Electronic Authentication Centre has a legal entity, seal and bank account for transactions in accordance with the laws with the headquarter in Hanoi.
