By the end of 2020, the market has 15 active public CAs, issuing more than 3.9 digital certificates of which more than 1.57 million digital certificates are active.

- 222,184 enterprises used digital signatures in customs activities, an increase of 11.22% over the same period in 2018;
- 453,408 businesses use digital signatures in social insurance declarations, an increase of 59.25% over the same period in 2018.
Besides the remarkable development and efficiency in recent years, the market for providing public digital signature certification services still has some limitations, specifically:
- Public CAs mainly provide digital certificates for businesses (more than 1.31 million active digital certificates on more than 758 thousand active businesses), while now public services are online Digital signature applications are mainly in the fields of tax, customs and insurance, which is also the main market of enterprise digital certificates.
