Instructions for installing CA2 – Token
Step 1: After registering and receiving a contract to use a digital signature from the provider, you will receive a Digital Signature device (USB TOKEN), you need to connect the CA2-Token to the USB port of your computer to install .
Step 2: After connecting CA2-Token to the computer:
- Case 1: CA-Token will automatically install the middleware driver for the computer, and notify the installation is successful!
- Case 2: If the CA2-Token device does not run automatically, please go to My Computer => go to the CA2 drive (where CA2 installation software is stored) => double-click the software to run the Setup file.
The installation process will be completed in a few minutes without any further action!
Step 3: After the installation is complete, you can use it to sign and submit tax returns online.

As well as installing the token device above, when using it, you also need to connect the CA2-Token device to the USB port of the computer first.
Select Start ===> All Programs ===> NacenComm ===> PKI Token ===> CA2 Token Manager
Password check:
Select the Check Password menu.
Click the Agree button to change the password.
(*) Note: The newly set password should have both numbers and letters to ensure the necessary confidentiality and security
Unlock the device Token CA2 (In case your Token is locked, this function will be used)
+ Step 1: Select the Unlock menu
+ Step 2: Select Requirement
+ Step 3: Copy the required code string to send to the digital certificate issuer, to receive the unlock code Select the digital certificate menu ==> View certificate information
Update device Token CA2
Update (middleware driver) token management driver:
